In 2004, Joseph Maharaj got his bachelor's degree in business. Maharaj went into business with the business skills and leadership skills he had learned at the Wharton School.
After he finished his studies at the Wharton School, Joseph Maharaj put the ideas he had learned into practice right away. During the next 15 years, he worked as an Operations Executive, a Project Management Professional, and a Change Management Specialist to build a strong and forward-moving career path. At every step of his career, Maharaj looked for ways to improve the mission of his employer and the teams he was in charge of. He did this by putting a strong focus on leadership.
